bought 4pos in south africa makro stores have smsed for registration but till todae have not received a responce and your call centre is poor.. yes am trying to figure this out on my own still have dificulties but there s no one to talk to

Hi did you send the email to their support email adress? Do not use sms.

I got my Voucher number but get the message Unable to retrieve the version details from online server

how do I go about registering the product because i have sent the sms and still haven't recieved the key registration

Registrations are online. (You need to connect your 4POS PC to the internet - just for the registrations - thereafter, you may disconnect & work offline)
Please keep your voucher number secure.
Backups to Flash drives are critical to keep your licence safe & also to protect your data!
Once again a reminder to do the 4POS Upgrades from your 4POS DVD & also to correct your regional settings!
Remember that to use the 4POS Manual on c:\4POS folder & all training videos on your 4POS DVD under \4POStraining
