I am running 4POS ver 19.8.2. When I started the Backoffice today system told me it has to verify License, I must ensure that I have an Internet connection and restart backoffice. This I did, but it keeps telling me that I do not have an internet connection even though I have one, i.e. running Skype, am able to browse on google etc. There seems no way out. Any remedy for this.

Problem solved... Internet speed was < 1mb...

Our internet here in Lumwana Zambia is not strong enough for 4POS.
Is there another way we can do the verification?

Would suggest possibly connecting a mobile dongle or your phone when required to verify. The issue is that there is a timeout after x milliseconds over a bad internet line.
