HI
I have a slip printer that we bought that does not have a cash drawer port instead we have a usb trigger how do we set it up to work with the 4pos software i have look through the database but cannot find any information.
Could you assist me please.

Answer :
All USB Drawer Kicks have drivers that needs to be installed. Once installed a "COM" / Serial port is assigned eg. COM3 / COM5 etc
In the Configuration, you can then select Serial Port 3 or appropriate
