FREE 4POS SUPPORT TO ALL ESSENTIAL BUSINESSES during the following period : 24 March 2020 till 24 April 2020

We will be able to login remotely to assist with any technical issues. This does NOT include training.

Critical last upgrade was successful however a new error has developed after the upgrade.
On completion of a CARD sale the system prompts the following:
"A4 Printing for Credit Card not available"

This option is not being used as all printing for Cash and Card sales print directly to the receipt printer.

it was reported & fixed...

Please download & run the upgrade again...

It was changes done for the Credit card interface customers & had the effect on all...

Oversight...
