This is unfortunately the biggest problem in supporting our customers!
In my opinion this "Someone" needs to get fired. It is imperative that each customer have someone that takes responsibility for the management software - 4POS, of their business.
It is impossible for us to play CSI investigators & try & work out what "somebody" has done.
I think the golden rule applies - KISS Keep It Simple Simon...
If you don't know what an option is all about - don't mess with it!
Better yet, lock down your systems by ensuring that only the Manager / Owner / Systems specialist have access to these options!
