BACKOFFICE-Under - Stock Create Edit --> Other Maintenance --> Maintain PRICING SETS
A pricing set can get created for items that have the same cost & selling price, i.e.: sprite 330ml/ coke 330ml/ fanta 330ml- etc. what you will do is choose a primary item, BEST SELLER usually - when there is a price increase all you will need to do is change the primary item and all items included in the pricing set will get adjusted to the new price.
Admin: So this is ideal for ALL similar products eg. Liquifruit flavours, Cigarettes 20's & 30's. A typical store could have over 100 pricing sets to make their life easier!
Also, 4POS is clever enough to update your primary item if you purchase any other item in the set & the cost has gone up. The whole pricing of the set will be updated!
