4POS scanner always grabbing Focus

Hi 4Pos Team,

Since applying our latest update, our sales terminal is constantly grabbing focus. In other words, when the Point of Sale is open, we cannot effectively ALT-Tab to email etc without having to exit out of Point of Sale.
If we do minimise the POS, then you can go to the other applications but the Windows Focus keeps on being removed from the maximised window. Have you experienced this at all and are there any suggestions or work arounds on this.

This is perfectly normal!

We assume that the your customer must get first priority & therefore the 4POSScan is keeping the Window active.

You don't need to close 4POSScan - simply press F1 for search & then you can Alt-TAB to another window. Alternative Log out - Alt-x
