4POS Support Fees

Due to the number of calls we receive daily & more specifically due to the unreasonable requests of balancing users' stock & sorting out their network issues, we are forced to start charging for the support calls.

We will enforce this with immediate effect. All calls will be handled by Markus for now, until we can train up the correct support persons that will be able to offer confident & accurate assistance. Even more important within the support structure we can offer you is that we cannot remove viruses & other issues with your pc by phone!

Once again - your safest safeguard is to keep daily backups & ensure you have a accredited 4POS dealer on speed dial!

All calls will be logged & you will be required to keep your support number handy to enable the fastest solution to your problem.

Support fees have been added to our ecommerce site to enable fast payment & verification.

Alternatively, EFT's are allowed, but support will only be available once we have determined that the monies are reflecting in our bank account. This could mean a 2-3 day delay depending which bank you are dealing with. International deposit sometimes take up to a week.
