« on: June 29, 2015, 09:50:06 AM »
COD account sales totals is included in cash and account calculated figure, The total calculated figure adds them  together for the total the result is double count of COD account sales in totals and figures looks skew!!

Hi

Don't really know what report you are looking at.

On the cashup report, COD sales is cash received for the sale & should be included.

Account sales is also shown as a seperate figure s this constitutes sales - COD & others that makes up the turnover.

Maybe when you look at your Sales dashboard in the 4POSbackoffice it will make more sense to you.

Hi
I am looking at the report that prints after you have done your cashup, see attatchment. The calculated value on account sales (cod account)  is also part of the calculated cash value.  No problem so far.  When you look at the total at the bottom of the page the calculated value of account sales is now included twice.

The sales dashboard is ok.
