printer issues unable to load DLL usbcr.dll not found.

hi

I'v got a new install up and running with 2 pc's but I'm having problems with my posscan on both pc's
i cannot open the cash drawer(ctrl f2) it gives a error code (see attached file)
also when i do a transaction/ reprint a slip it does give the error but when i press ok it does print and open drawer.
cannot do a cash-up either just gives this error.( quick cash-up is selected in back office)

got the newest driver and uninstalled and installed a bunch of times.
i have emailed support also. please help

it seems that the printer works fine it is set to open before printing and does open each time it prints
but if you set posscan to not print a receipt with transactions it does not open. if you press open drawer it does not
posscan cannot open/ communicate directly with printer/drawer.

You have selected the cash drawer as a USB device - should be set to printer... (plugs into back of printer)

Opening the drawer must be taken off from the printer properties - let the software open the drawer...

ok I changed the printer properties to no cash drawer and
in posscan alt+f12 configure I changed the 4.pos printer parameters communication port to printer. I had it set to USB.
This take away the error message in posscan when i try to open the drawer but the drawer still does not open now not even when it prints.
