I Have some client's how would like to type there own kitchen message  or select more than one item on the message box.

As discussed telephonically,

So what stop a waiter ringing up a glass of water with a cooking message that says T-Bone Steak 500g, ribs on the side & while you're at it a bottle of Dom to go...
