Invoice Terms & Condition

I am wanting to add certain terms and conditions onto my invoices. Is there a way to do this?

The "Footer" under 4POS POS parameters caters for 255 characters for your terms & conditions.

Eg. Credits will only be given if the original invoice is presented & all packaging materials are included.......
