hi,in the back office the Default Administrator is disabled but when you open the back office and click the ok the Default Administrator still logs in.  :-[ please help

"Disabling" the user permissions only disables the person from the POS.

Change the password for the "Default" user.

If the Default user does not appear due to disabling it - Press the "Home" button to show disabled users.
