Hi all, I cant seem to find anything about this but point me there please if Im wrong
We are a small IT & DSTV business but, besides about 200 items on 4POS, run far more a labour orientated business and run debtors mostly; I cannot have a labour item for each type of a call we go on, and we dont want an invoice at monthend going to a debtor with 17 lines saying "Labour" in as its bound to be questioned. What we would like is to be able to edit the Labour line (which I can understand being unlikely) or rather to have a comment option with each Labour line that says eg "Reconfigured kitchen printer" or "Aligned Dish". Is this possible at all as we would love to eliminate our spreadsheets and manual invoicing for debtors?
