Floor layout

Ok, so I did the layout in the GIF format and saved it is the correct folder, but how do I get to work on my system now???
Help, please... somebody...? Anybody...? ???

Please Note: with the new version (will be released this week); you enable the floor layout on the configuration screen.

What you need to do is:

   Go to option menu
   Floor Layout name, then create your different floor layout names.
   Then you need to create the table name also by option menu i.e. table 1, 2,3 ect.
   will then go to your desired floor layout on the right of your Touch POS
   You will click on design layout and your will draw where table 1,2,3 are
   If you want to use your back round you can by clicking select back ground in design layout- the size needs to be 820x 710

You need to save the Picture as either a GIF. or JPG.

Can someone please give better instructions on how to create a table layout?
I have created table names and designed the layout and clicked on the button that says "this is main/default", but when I exit the configuration the layout is not there. I still have to add a new table every time.
I have clicked on the floor button in the right hand coloumn (it looks like it's greyed out) but still nothing happens.
Please help, this is quite frustrating!!

If you click on option menu and press CTRL & C- and click option enable floor layout background
