Cashup Declaration
« on: July 17, 2012, 12:41:02 PM »
Hi, on doing a blind cashup, after your declaration & F12, you have the option of Print - Finalize - Exit on top. Is there a way to disable the print as my staff press print to see if they balanced then go back to adjust their declaration for over & shorts and only then they run finalize!

Thanks

Werner

Do you not rather use "Quick cashup" as well seeing that it will just finalise the cashup without allowing the declaration so you can balance everything in the office?

Also, why don't you have the cashups printed in the office rather than on the POS?

Much more secure & maybe an A4-printout will make it easier for filing!

As discussed with Werner - the cashiers are stealing! However, they are not clever enough to remember how much to remove! Then they go into the cashup, print the declaration & then go back & take the money out that they have too much of!!!

We will change 4POS to specify the following :

If Blind cashup has been selected, the print option will NOT be active!
