You did not enter your details before you registered. As discussed with you telephonically, the only way to fix it is that I have to log in with Teamviewer & re-register your software with the correct name. The alternative is to uninstall the software & even purchase a new licence as your licence have now expired. Surely it is not too much to ask simply to get internet on the pc so we can help?
Furthermore, you mention that you have to rerun the upgrade every time you start your pc? You don't supply any detail, error messages, screen shots etc etc. We cannot help without it!
