Table transactions dissappearing
« on: July 19, 2014, 02:47:47 PM »
I am busy setting up my POS Touch system.  When entering transactions through 'Cash Sale' option I can see the open tables once I am finished with ringing up the items.  However when I enter the transactions through 'Add a Table' as soon as I click on Finish, the table seems to disappear and I am not able to find those again anywhere.  Even when I click on Cash Up it does not seem to pick up that I have open tables.

Please help...

Please ensure that you have not enabled "Take away used in Supermarket"! This is found under Option Menu - Ctrl-C

Thank you...

I have checked, it was not enabled.

Anything else I can try? :)

Mmmmm......

Have you created floor layouts?

Click on Waitron - it should show the tables.

Otherwise let us log in to have a look.

I have created floor layouts.

I've tried clicking on waitron. It shows their cash transaction, but not the table added.

If you log in as manager & click on Waitron - 4POS will show all open tables.

If you have created a table 999 & table 999 does not exist - 4POS will not know where to put it.

So when you use floor layouts, only use the defined tables.
