Please assist!  We loaded 2 GRV's AND printed the voucher afterwards, but it is not showing when i go to Print GRV to check if all GRV's has been processed.

Have you processed the GRV or simply clicked on exit?

By clicking on exit - you are simply saving the GRV & not updating your stock.

I have processed the GRV.  Can one get a printout if one has not processed the GRV but just click on exit?

And the problem is that i dont know whether it will duplicate stock if i enter that invoice again.   I cant understand why, when i got a "Goods Receiving" printout, that it doesnt show the invoice.  I need to balance my stock but this is happening at both my shops.  It really not convenient!!!

We need invoice details as well.

Date, supplier also copies of the printed GRV's.

We can then have a look & email you an opinion.
