Managing your stock in 4POS

Herewith a quick summary on how to check your stock processes in 4POS.

Where to see what your stock levels are in 4POS:

1. To have a quick look at your current stock on an item : Stock create / edit - Amend Stock - click on the item - Click on History. it will clearly show your CURRENT (NOW) stock level.
2. Stock Take - Print current stock holding
3. Stock Take - Print current stock value
4. Stock Take - Stock take adjustment

If you want to see HOW your stock got to that level :

1. Select the dates from where to where you want to look. Eg. From last week Monday till today.. (Top right of the backoffice)
2. Load reports
3. Reporting - Analytical - Stock movement detail
