Runtime Error '713'

Hi
Yesterday my Point of Sale stopped responding. I closed it and restarted the computer and everything seemed fine until I tried to do a cashup.
A screen popped up for 4PosScan with message Runtime Error ‘713’: Application defined or Object defined error.
What does this mean and how do I fix it? I still haven’t been able to cash up since yesterday.

I forgot to mention that I had to reconfigure my printer settings as well as it was lost in the computer restart.
All slips printed fine, just the cash up does not print due to the error.

Hallo Nerisha,

I also have 4POSSCAN not responding, but the message on my screen is:  A problem has caused this program to stop interacting with windows.

Did you get you problem fixed?  can you please let me know what you did as I am 2 day-ends behind.
