Did the day end, but the order number for the next day not from1

Hi, please help, I did the day end, the order number normally come back to 1 for the next day, but from Monday, it just carry on the the last number for the new day, not from 1. I don't know what happened, or somewhere I can set . Please help.

What "Order number" are you referring to?

Thanks for you reply, I mean, normally after we did the day end , the cash sale order no. Will from 1 again, but it just carry on the order . For example, my last sale transaction no.is 140, If I did day end , for today it should start from no 1 again, but now it show 141. And I found on problem, before we do the cashup, I need to do the waitron cashup, and before this problem happened, if I have a open table that not cash out under my name, i can't do my waitron cashup, but now even I have the open table, I can do the waitron cashup, and cashup for the till, even the day end. So Admin, what is the problem ? Thanks

It seems that you are not able to do the cashup as there is open tables.

1. Log in on the 4POSTouch as a "Manager" - the password that has Manager's permissions.
2. Click on "Waitron" on the main screen.
3. ALL open tables will now show.
4. Cash up all all open tables
5. Waitron Cashup
6. Main Cashup
7. Day end

I tried, but it not work.
I can do the cashup, and the day end , even there is still open table that not cash out.
 
I made sure that all the table cash out , and do the cashup and dayend, but the following day, the cash sale no. still not from 1, it just carry on the last cash sale number from the previous day.

Please help, because my cash sale number now already reach 1200.
