cashup declaration not printing

hi, im using 4pos scan & it is working fine. When i'm selling it print the slip but when i want to cash up it opens the cashdrawer but it doesnt print the slip,so in that way i can't do dayend run.


plz help :(

Something wrong with your configuration.

1. Do a test page on the printer & ensure it works.
2. In 4POSScan - Ctrl-C & check option 3 is set to the same printer.
3. Ensure you have not selected an A4 printer in option 2 & selected to print receipts or cashups to the A4 in Option 7

The old rule still applies - don't scratch where it does not itch.

If your system works - dont play around with the settings!

Every day we get call about some "errors / messages" that pop up, only to have to explain that certain options has been changed. Of course this is explained by the user as "I did not change anything....."

4POS is good, but not good enough to start changing options by itself...
