Hallo

I watch the how to import video done exactly what the video said. I have checked for commas, their is nothing.

Can you please help me it says run time error -21477217913 (80040e07)
Also when I want to create stock item it says "unhandled exceptions has occurred in your application. (Microsoft Access Driver) Number of query values and destination fields are not the same"

Also I have upgrade but now when I want to go to my back office it says region is wrong but I did change everything but still says it I can't go in anymore

PLEASE - this is for all users!

We logged in & had a look at the file to import....

The price & cost fields had a R for rand in the fields. Remember there are rules - you cannot import text (R) into a value field - price.

If you struggle with the import - rather email us the file so we can check it & determine what the issue is. 2 monutes save you a lot of headaches!!
