Fingerprint reader-error mesage 91??

Hi

Can anybody advise on this matter regarding the application of a fingerprint reader for security purposes in 4POS? I've looked and read everywhere but am unable to identifying why the message "91 Object variable or with block variable not set" keeps appearing when trying to attempt a "finger print registration" under >Maintain employee details > Store Setup and Security?

I have read that an IDVERSOL fingerprint reader is only suitable for 4POS? My boss recently purchased a ZK4500 finger print reader however, I am unable to register a finger print without the "91 Object variable or with block variable not set" message appearing.

Is there anyway around this as everything I have tried (including fixing registry problems) is not working?

Only the IDVERSOL fingerprint reader will work.

Thank you, How much are they currently? However, why does the message "91 Object variable or with block variable not set" appear even before plugging in the USB finger print reader?
