4POS Scan issue, "You need to run upgrade on server to get Translation files".

AM getting the following error on a clean install of 16, "You need to run upgrade on server to get Translation files" when opening POS Scan. BackOffice works like a dream.

You have to go to back office and update point of sale
Stock create / edit - Update point of sale - option 3 - Then click on update POS at the top of the screen.
Ensure your 4POS Controller is open
Now, reopen 4POSScan / 4POSTouch

you must check your network settings because it shows that your second computer doesn't receive the updates from the server.

The controller see's the PC no problem!!
What else can I check?
