Author Topic: Your 4POS Languages data files is corrupted. Please do "Update Point of Sale"  (Read 10187 times)

We have had a couple of customers having this error specifically when they have converted from an old 4POS (Before 16.10) version.

Steps to fix :

1. Open the 4POSBackoffice
2. Store setup - General parameters
3. Under Option 4 - ensure you have a language selected.
4. If there are no language to select from - blank :
4.1. Go to store setup - Store setup - More maintenance - Maintain language
4.2. If the list is blank - click on New
4.3. Change the language name at the top to English & click on exit
5. Do step 3 again.

Now, Do an update POS - ensure domain controller is open & then reopen 4POSTouch

hi
sorry for posting in this subject.  but i just cant figure out how to start a new topic in here.  the help file says there is an option for new topic on the top and bottom of the board but i am not seeing it... please help with this....

anyways, im also having a problem with the save sale feature.  we can save the sale, and it shows 1 transaction saved.  but when we try to retrieve the sale, its asking for transaction number, and there is nothing in the list and the sale just diasppears when we escape..... please help...
