Payments to creditors

How do I input payments to suppliers. eg process my cashbook.
Also, can the reports be exported to excel for assisting me in doing my own analyses.
How can I set up automatic price changes when the price of goods go up to maintain my preferred gp.

4POS will never become a true cashbook, but you can create items for your purchases eg, Salaries, Rent etc. You will then do a GRV for these items & the adjust the stock to zero as to ensure you don't have an inflated stock value.

I do suggest you maintain the cashbook on a "Proper" system eg. Quickbooks, Pastel or IQ as they are just made for this.
