Open Tables Stock

Is there a setting to deduct stock when items are sold against a table which has not been closed?
Eg. A table is opened and a beer is transacted against that table. The stock level in the back office remains the same untill that table is closed.

To my knowledge there is not.

Updating of stock, turnover, sales by employee, Bill-of-material, Debtors, creditors etc etc is all done by the 4POSController.

This is obviously done once a table or transaction is completed. Updates cannot be done at any other time due to voids, refunds, etc etc.
