Can't Print reprint Cash-up(s)

Hi Guys

i need to repint previous cashups but the error message i receive is

"You need at least 1 coin type denomination and 1 Note type denomination. Please enable them in 4POS Backoffice and then Press F12 again."

Please assist

You have disabled your "denominations".

4POSBackoffice - Store setup - Maintain Denominations
