Unhandled exception error when Creating GRV/ amend stock items in backoffice

Good day 4pos support team

Before i get started here is the setup at the restauarant, 1 domain server running 4pos touch and backoffice, a secondary system with 4pos touch and a laptop only running the backoffice to create GRV's  print reports and amend stock items.

The following error appears when using backoffice on the laptop for 5 minutes or more or when creating GRV's or amending stock items.
