4pos not showing last year 2010 day end runs

i am facing a challenge of 4pos not showing my reports for 2010.how do i rectify the problem

I suppose you mean 2011?

The reason your system is not showing 2011, is that you are not doing your Dayends!!

Remember you can do mutiple cashups per day, but to close a day, you need to do a dayend.

It is also important to monthends as to allow the system to take all the current month transactions & store it away. If you not do this, your database might become too large & will create other problems.

ps. Remember it is important/critical that you also do backups!
