Table move 4POS

Hi there, seems the move table on 4POS doesn't work. It moves the table when yoy select a new area but then it doesn't save that table area or use the table number yoy moved it to. It keeps it's original number stays after you moved it. When yoy log off the waiter and log back in the tablet resets back to its original place.. Please help.

It sounds as if you are using floor layouts & it has not been set up properly.

Redo the floor layouts if necessary.

I've created a background with our shops layout using paint. It has been saved under layout.gif. I've created a floor name, and drew the correct size blocks for each table according to the layout.gif.

I've tried again, unfortunately with no prevail. The table does not change to the new existing table number, nor does it stay at its new location.
